
Enjoy a relaxing Somatic Movement session on Page Hill with instructor Jennifer Simpson. Doors open at 10:00 AM with class beginning at 10:30 AM. This class is suitable for all skill levels. Bringing your own mat is encouraged, but Jennifer will have some extra available. Classes will be in the Pavilion. A complimentary beverage is included with class purchase. Stop into the Pub on Page after class for a delicious brunch! In the summertime, reservations in the Pub on Page are encouraged for after class.

Jennifer Simpson is a Clinical Somatic Movement Instructor, SMC® CEI Level 3 & Coach, specializing in gentle, brain-based practices to relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore balance. Her classes combine Somatic Movement and Restorative Relaxation (Yoga Nidra) to help participants move with greater ease, awareness, and comfort.Â
